Hello AAWTS Members and Friends, Here’s a compilation of some of our upcoming educational wine tastings and other events that you may be interested in.

Some events may or may not be sponsored by AAWTS and may have an associated cost. PAID AAWTS members enjoy the benefit of FREE admittance to our monthly wine tastings, in addition to discounted prices at select vendors & events (where applicable).

This month our tasting will be held at 6:30 on Tuesday, April 25 at Double Zero.  Our Educator for the night will be everyone's favorite, Ryan Thayer.  Double Zero is a stylish modern Italian-American restaurant located in Decatur.  They specialize in creative Italian small plates, pasta & Neapolitan pizza.  Double Zero’s aim is to update the concept of an Italian restaurant.   They boast that the sourcing of their ingredients, techniques and the design of their space is modern, but they take inspiration from the tenacity, originality, and hustle of their ancestors – and of course, their “damn” delicious food.  Their words not mine. LOL  If you are planning to attend, please RSVP by Friday, April 21th.  $20 is due upon arrival for guests.  To RSVP click here.  Hope to see you there!

Attention all wine and food enthusiasts! Yep that’s us! In the mood for a fall cruise?  Why not set sail aboard the Azamara Journey for a 7 night Monaco Show, Food and Wine Voyage.  Ports of call include, Barcelona, Spain; St. Tropez, France; Monte Carlo, Monaco and much more.  Prices starting at $2,509.48.  For more information, contact Sheryl Stewart at 404.841.3100 or you can email her at Sheryl@hcitravel.com.
