Savatiano from Papagiannakos Wine Tasting Review

We recently tasted the Savatiano-Whisperer Papagiannakos wine, and we were really impressed.

This wine is made with the Santiago grape, the same grape used to make Retsina in Greece.

But this time, the winemaker chose to ferment it in barrels and keep it on the lees, which means the dead yeast and grape particles were left in the wine for a richer flavor.

When we took a sip, we could taste the lemon, spice, and peach notes of the Santiago grape.

It’s a really elegant white wine, and it can age well too, which means you can keep it for a while, and it will still taste great.

We think this wine would be perfect with grilled fish or salty cheeses.

The flavors will really complement each other.

The wine has a really nice balance of flavors, and it’s not too overpowering.

It’s the kind of wine that you can enjoy on its own or pair with food.

We were really impressed with the craftsmanship that went into making this wine, and we’re excited to share it with others.

We found the Savatiano-Whisperer Papagiannakos wine to be a delightful and versatile white wine.

Its rich expression of the Santiago grape makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a unique and elegant wine to enjoy.
